Pilates Mat, Yoga, Spin, Sculpt, Total Body Workout and RPM Classes



At Performance Pilates and Yoga, we offer a wide range of group classes. From classical Pilates and yoga classes to more “current” Pilates and yoga fusion as well as Zumba, Spin and Sculpt and Tone. Something for everyone.

We understand that flexibility is essential to any workout routine. For your convenience, we have designed a program that will allow you to attend class when your schedule allows. Pilates Mat, Yoga RPM, Spin and Sculpt, Zumba Sculpt and Zumba classes will be sold  based on per-week attendance or as a monthly unlimited pass.  Think you will come to class an average of once a week, purchase the 4 class pass. You will have 4 classes to use in a one month period.  You will get to pick and choose the classes that you want to attend.  Plan on attending more than once a week, purchase the montly unlimited and take as many classes as you like. Check availability and sign up for classes on-line. We encourage you to reserve your spot as soon as you know you want to attend, as many of our classes fill up quickly.

Take as many classes as you like during a one month period for the low rate of $75/month. Most clients pay on average of $3.50 per class!

If you refer a friend and they sign up for a Performance Pass or Apparatus Package, you will recieve a Free Performance Pass the following month! Just our way of saying THANK YOU

Schedule Your Pilates, Yoga, Zumba or RPM Class
Pre-registration is recommended to ensure class size remains an intimate experience. We do limit our  Spin/RPM, Sculpt, TBW,and Yoga classes to 10 participants, our Mat classes to 8 participants, our Zumba to 15 participants. Register early to hold your spot.

**If you are looking to take a class you are not registered for,  please be sure to check on-line or call ahead before showing up for class. This is to ensure class availability. **

Drop-ins always welcome for yoga and Zumba ~  rate is $15

For Personal comfort, we recommend you bring your own Pilates or Yoga mat to class. Additional mats will be available for layering . Pilates Mats are available for purchase at the studio for $15.

Vinyasa Yoga

There are so many different interpretations of yoga and flow.  Vinyasa incorporates the two in a fluid practice of movement through the various asanas (poses).  This is a physically and mentally challenging practice.  No two classes are the same- and no two people will have the same experience.  Every student is encouraged to work within their own body and cultivate their own practice. You will leave with a feeling of openness in mind, body, and spirit!


Spin and Sculpt

Spin and Sculpt is designed for the participant who wants to get their cardio and weights all in one jam packed hour! Spend the first 35 minutes of class on the bike, building cardio endurance. Finish class with 25 minutes of weight training designed to tone and strenthen all the major muscle groups in your body. This is a perfect class for those new to spinning. The shorter format allows the participant to get used to riding before they take a full hour long class.  Suitable for all fitness abilities.  


Pilates Mat I
Pilates Mat level I is for the beginner student or the intermediate student looking to deepen their basic connections. We will cover the fundamentals of Pilates, teaching the critical connections and core isolation. From there we will teach you how to move and lengthen from your center, creating balance and strength. Our Level I class will cover all beginner and some intermediate exercises during our 12 week session as well as incorporating the use of balls, rings and bands.


Advanced Pilates Mat
Pilates Mat Level II will continue the pilates practice where level I mat left off. Designed for the student with a good understanding of their 'powerhouse' and knowledge of their critical connections; level II will move at a quicker pace, with a higher degree of difficulty challenging students physically with more complex movement.  It is recommended that students complete one (1) or more sessions of Mat level I before advancing to level II.  If unsure if level II is for you, please do not hesitate to ask your instructor.  Level II will also utilize bands, balls and rings to help deepen the exercises.



Zumba
Fun and energizing routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba®!
