| Allison Mattson ~ Owner/ Second Generation Pilates Master Trainer
Allison Mattson found her passion for Pilates while searching for a way to balance out her fitness routine. An avid runner and fitness instructor with over 19 years of dance, Allison was looking for a more 'body friendly' way to improve her core strength and muscular stamina. Combining her years of dance and her love of fitness, Allison found the Principals of Pilates; Concentration, Control, Centering, Precision, Breath and Flow of Movement, fit what she was looking for both as a student and instructor.
Allison began her training as a Pilates instructor in 2002, through Physical Mind Pilates, PHI International (formerly PowerHouse) and finally Peak Pilates, through whom she holds a Comprehensive Certification. Allison was recently named Second Generation Pilates Master Teacher and Lolita San Miguel Master Trainer under the training and mentorship of First Generation Elder Lolita San Miguel - Ms. San Miguel was trained by and 1 of 2 people certified by pilates founder, Joseph H. Pilates. She is one of the first 9 to earn this distinction. Allison has also had the priviledge of working with Pilates Master Trainer Julian Littleford, who specializes in training men and athletes and Dr. Brent Anderson of PoleStar Pilates, a Pilates Master Trainer and Physical Therapist. It is the knowledge she gains through her on-going training that Allison brings to each and every client she works with. Allison lives in Wrentham, MA with her husband Scott and four children. | Carolann Kurkjian ~ Senior Certified Pilates Instructor
Carolann's love for medicine and fitness was brought together when she discovered Pilates. Prior to having her two children Carolann was an OB/GYN Medical Assistant. She has always enjoyed fitness, as a gymnast she developed a discipline to always stay fit and workout. She experienced Pilates first as a student and soon it became a life style change. Now as an instructor, she enjoys motivating her students to commit to a healthier workout style while enjoy the benefits of Pilates. Carolann began her training in 2007 and has completed the highest level of formal training, a Comprehensive Certification through Peak Pilates. She is currently working with Pole Star Pilates and Master Trainer Brent Anderson, towards her specialty in Rehabilitation Pilates Training. She lives in Norfolk, Ma with her husband Glenn.

| Loretta Brightman- Certified Pilates Instructor
Loretta joins Performance Pilates and Yoga with over 7 years of Pilates Instruction. She has been in the fitness industry for over 18 years. Loretta started teaching fitness classes while working full time as an Information Technologies professional. She then made a career change in 2000 to focus just on fitness. Loretta has trained with other Pilates disciplines before finding the Classical method. She began working with Peak to obtain her certifications and is currently working towards her Comprehensive Certification. Loretta is also a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer through ACE, Johnny G Spinning certified as well as Body Training Systems certified. She brings an in-depth knowledge of Pilates as well as muscles conditioning and physical rehabilitation.

Sue Sanislow - Certified Pilates Instructor
Sue has been a competitive runner for 25 years, completing several races, including half-marathons and triathlons. She completed her first marathon on October 9, 2010 in Hartford, CT. The constant pounding began to wear on her joints, and she sustained many injuries. Sue began practicing Pilates in 2006, and it completely changed her body. Sue started to enjoy life with more energy and vitality, and more importantly, completely PAIN-FREE! In addition to Sue’s PEAK Pilates certification, she is working on her certification in “Chi-Running.” Chi-Running is a revolutionary approach to injury-free running. The principles are based on T’ai Chi, and incorporates many facets of Pilates. The technique results in fluid movement working from your center. The philosophy is in tune with the Taoist wisdom of “Wei Wu Wei” – “Doing without Doing,” to find true joy in the discipline of effortless running as a Way of Being.
Sue is also an avid tennis player , avid cyclist, she participated in many 150 mile bike rides for charity. Sue lives in Wrentham with her husband, two boys and dog.

| Susan Littlefield ~ Certified Zumba Instructor
Susan Littlefield began dancing at age eight with The Northbay Performing Arts Company in California. Her dance background includes Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, & Modern Dance. After discovering Zumba in 2006 Susan found the perfect fusion of her love for Dancing & Fitness. This "Fitness Party" allows her to share her passion for Dancing, Latin Music and Culture with her students. Susan is proud that her students are transforming their bodies through Zumba Fitness while having fun! Add some spice to your workouts and try a Zumba class! Susan is Zumba Certified and an active member of the Zumba Instructor Network. She currently teaches Zumba, ZumbaGold and Zumbatomic exclusively at Performance Pilates & Yoga in Wrentham

| Julie Elpus~ Certified Yoga Instructor
Julie is a 200hr RYT, certified with Yoga Alliance. She completed her teacher training through South Boston Yoga's Body Awakenings Teacher Training program in spring 2011. Her desire is for you to find the joy, playfulness and peace that yoga can bring, both on the mat and in everyday life. Expect to find funky tunes, a bit of humor and a bit of the unexpected when you take one of her classes...sometimes even she doesn't know where it will lead!

Tony Casello
Tony has been an avid workout and health enthusiast all his life. He has completed in several drug-free bodybuilding shows, including placing 5th overall in the 1998 NPC Mr. Virginia. Since that time, his interests moved away from bodybuilding, focusing on exercise for overall strength and fitness. He has been participating in the Les Mills programs for almost 7 years and is certified as an RPM instructor. He brings a high level of intensity and energy to everyone of his classes and thoroughly enjoys leading people through a great workout. Tony is a Wrentham resident, and when he is not working out enjoys spending time with his two dogs Tank and Dozer.
